Find a job with a bonafide employer, instead of a shyster.

Small claims court, if you have a contract that will back you up.

Contact your local labor board. In california employers can not hold wages for anything unless authorized by the employee. They'd still have to pay you no matter what damage is done. Plus, dont they have insurance? Also in California if an employer fails to pay wages owed they can be liable for a days pay for every calendar day past the day the pay was due up to 30 days. I'm not sure if that applies to the trucking industry. Just have the labor board call your employer. I'm sure they'll cut you a check real fast.

I would call him and say that you are coming over to burn his house down. If he doesnt pay go burn his house down.

You gotta do what you say. You cant tell him you are coming over to burn his house down and not back it up.

Burn the damaged truck down while you are there.
