    Well im a little better than him. I got paid all of my loads! the only thing the owner refuses is to send me my gross revenue so that i can send it to my CPA!

    There was some damage didn't mind to settle,but the guy upgraded broken parts to premium brand new and wants me to cover that...
    Looks like the Board of Labor is a good option

    Isnt that what you would want if it was your truck?
    Take the hit and move on. Probably gonna cost you more to fight it than what u feel he owes you
    and you damaged his truck.

    I don't think so....

    I am not in the position to pay for his upgrades,and if that was my truck,I would not demand that from my driver.

    The damaged part was purchased recently and it was purchased USED,so all I owe him is an equivalent...

    I know O/O will hate me on this post...
    Just keep in mind,I DID TRY TO SETTLE,but the guy try to rip me off...
    So my plan is to get my money and let him be reimbursed by his insurance
