    Try the suggestion I send you first. Usually this helps. If it does not, then suggest an RMA.

    I work in QA and cannot do any process of any RMA. This is done strictly by Customer Support. They do have a "chat" line, and you may find it easier to get the RMA resolved faster.

    Normally I do not mind drivers calling me, but today I am swamped with writing procedures and fluffing test units for testers that have to go out on Monday.

    If the above does not work, then also let CS know you tried the 12/3 hr trick.

    Has it worked previously? If so,have u downloaded any programs lately.Some programs will keep the Dock from launching. I had this happen last year and after uninstalling the program I had downloaded the dock worked perfectly.Am also on Win7.

    docks not working here either, says no internet connection .. i'm trying to do d/r right now for an error window that popped up 15 minutes ago. no error code, file or reason given other than - encountered a serious error must be shut down - I don't have the time to keep messin with it at the moment.. I'l try later I guess.. I know the route I'm currently on anyway but why oh why..

    I show online at my end. It might be an internet thing in your area that the router has to get to the Rand Router.

    OK for some reason my T5C quit finding weigh stations and parking after I ran the "Diagnostics & Repair" from the Dock. I have all the latest software, any idea why?

    Also, can I load custom POI's onto a T5C or just the newer ones?

    Do you have LTM's? I will have to build a T5C and test here. Same with the POI's.

    What weigh station did it not show you?

    Can you clarify what you mean by not finding them? As in warnings?

    No on the LTM's

    When searching for weigh stations/parking along my route it couldn't find any along I-80 in WY in either east or west bound routes. I still running map version: 04100203081

    was able to connect today, repair and update...



    happened to be in this neck of the woods awhile ago, tried fastest and shortest under 48 - still routed around the 95 through washington state landing on the 84 up over the hill thru la grande, ontario oregon on thru idaho . needed 15 south via the 84 , for me it's not a big deal, I know the 95 is there..
