Maybe the broker has multiple loads picking up and delivering the same place? I have loaded at shippers along with ten other trucks all of us going to the same receiver, like loading empty aluminum cans and delivering at a warehouse near a brewery or soft drink (pop) company. If its a fcfs receiver I would flat out haul butt without stopping to be in the front of the unloading line. Anyone been to that can warehouse in Albany, GA that supplies the Miller Brewery there? There must be 50 truck waiting to unload there every day, what a fustercluck!

does it help if there is 10 loads the same to post it 10 times ? I'm frustrated with this particular outfit because every time I search for loads near where I live they may have 10 loads but it's 120 or more postings for me to sort through. oh well, no biggie I guess. post it from the next 10 towns around there as well I guess.

I guess they won't mind when I deliver it to a town 5 miles from where it was supposed to go either then ? close enough !

You'll see my OD loads posted like that on ITS right now because the pickup dates are flexible and the trailer types are flexible as well... Unfortunately, unlike the Landstar board where I can post one posting for up to three trailer types each trailer type gets it's own post on ITS. Something they definitely need to change.

yes, well that is annoying, but you all are missing the fact that each load is posted once with Peru as the origin, once with Spring Valley as the origin, and once with Ladd as the origin. Do a search for flatbed loads from Peru, IL and you will see this is repeated over and over and over for many loads. Why list the same load as coming out of three different towns ?

I guess I can understand posting for multiple days, but I think ITS has an option to put DAILY which will leave it up until taken down and show up in results for any day searched for.

From what I've read on this forum about load boards, it doesn't seem like the people who operate the load boards hold anyone accountable for anything they post on it. As long as the subscription money comes in, let them do what they want.

the very last load on the list that you could just see the top of, was to a different place. appears simple enough. 4 loads from each of those towns, all going to a pretty busy place in shelby, mt. the thing i'd be wondering before accepting one of them is what the heck am i gonna get for a reload around shelby with 12 empty flats around there at about the same time.

Well he should just post it once with "Multiple Loads". He is also posting it out of the wrong place. He is doing that so other freight brokers, trucks or agents cannot find his shipper. His shipper however is: James Hardie Building Products, Address: 17 Unytite Dr, Peru, IL 61354 Phone:(815) 220-3000. They load about 45 trucks per day. The require Flats with Tarps. This agent has probably only been on his job for like "10" minutes.
