I remember (back in the late '70s??) when I was driving "team" with my brother (God rest his soul) we were stranded in Deming NM for three days due to the white stuff (NO I'm not talking the illegal stuff! :biggrin_25523:) Hate it when that happens! :biggrin_25513:

Be safe out there drivers! Ole man winter is having a party all across the country this winter season! :biggrin_2556:

heh, well in Vermont you guys deal with more of the illegal green stuff, from the transplanted hippie flat landers anyway.

Roy Lee "Hey Folks , I have a question . I am on the 7/7 fleet and have been off work with pnuemonia . I go tomorrow for my doc appt. to be cleared to get back in a truck . Can anyone tell me how they go about getting me in another truck since mine was put back in the fleet."

My guess, rental car to gary in to pick up another truck

Treefork said it right another fleet truck. There's more than one hometime fleet of trucks where ever I live. U go to a drop yard or terminal to slip seat. Might be a different two trucks or it no one filled your spot in your absence then you return to your rotation. Your fm will fill you in when u or he/she calls.

Thanks I hope it is simple as going back to the yard. Not looking forward to getting a rental car to Gary. Thanks for the answers.

Dropped off load in Eau Claire, then got preplan to pick up in Menominee and relay in St. Paul. Hope this live load doesn't take too long.

Home. Dropped relay, now waiting for my ride. It will be nice in a few months when I get my own car out here. Getting it here is the problem.

Hmmm, if I didn't book my spring vacation I would have offered to go out to get it for you. For a nominal fee.
