I think it's a C&S in Brattlesboro VT. Just barely enough room to back a 53' trailer into the dock. The fun part is the sheer cliff on the other side of the Jersey barriers! 150' straight down.

Been there, done that! When I hauled bales of corrugated boxes, the owners told us we were NOT to work in the trailer, they were worried about injuries, and insurance.
Then the sales department lines up customers, who work out of their garage, down the back alley in the center of town. You finally back up to his door, open the trailer doors, and the guy says "how we supposed to get those off of there? I don't have a forklift." Or even better, his wife shows up, and says "he had to leave for an couple of hours, I can't help you unload, put those bales over there in the corner...."
And they were always the biggest boxes we sold.

I have a dock I go to 3-4 times/week in Pawnee City, NE. Its an old raised concrete dock, just wide enough for 2 trailers & its at a weird angle to all of the surrounding buildings & stuff. You have to back half way in, dolly most of the way down, finish backing in & dump your bags. Oh yeah, before you do that, you have to back all the way in & go back & see to make sure your trailer doors are high enough to clear the concrete dock, if not, you have to pull out & slide 300 lb 10 ft long sloped railroad ties in place to back your trailer onto so you can open the doors. & the bonus is its outside on gravel. Fun

9' door, dock back 50 feet from door. Middle of the block, you have an 8' sidewalk on both sides, on street parking and two lane traffic.

Cars on both sides of the road.

Yep, that's the place. It doesn't look that bad from the satellite photo.
