We haul TQL loads frequently and have always gotten great rates from them.

I have gotten to the point, I just don't trust TQL.

"Hey, would you be willing to pull a load from "X" to "Y"?

When it really turns out to be "C" to "R".

And then the dh is another 40 miles and the route is another 100 miles.

Someone needs to pay for those miles and it won't be me. My time is valuable and worth a lot of money.

Start playing straight or TQL will be the first broker I have that goes into my "Ignore" contact that is never answered and doesn't even go to voice mail.

    spacetrucker88 Thanks this.

Thats hard to do though with the ignore list. Them jackwagons will call from their cell phones instead of the office line at times.

True could set up call block as well depending on the phone service provider. I can only block 5 numbers with verizon before they start charging me.

My Android is still a mystery to me too.

T-Mobile is about to get 6 phones returned to them for having such poor service with an attorney general complaint filed too.

They recently called wanting a rate for a "hot load". I gave them a corresponding rate which was a little high but still reasonable. After many phone calls back and forth for most of the day, in the end I was told I missed the load by $50.00. I laughed and wondered if I had given them a little lower of a rate, would I have got the load? I doubted it.

Until i feel comfortable that they are giving me REAL locations for pick ups and deliveries, i don't feel comfortable giving them rates.
