Absolutley correct about the cinnamon supplement. I had to have the head of my pancreas removed, along with most of the stomach, the duodenum, gall bladder, bile ducts, and part of the small intestine (they call it the "Whipple procedure") because of a tumor that thankfully turned out to be benign. Part of what the pancreas does is regulate insulin. My doctor told me that I would probably either have to take insulin shots or at the very least medicine like metformin or janumet or something similar. I started out with insulin shots. I lost a lot of weight, and they put me on janumet. Eventually, he switched me off of the janumet and instructed me to take cinnamon supplements twice a day. For two years now, my blood sugar levels are in the normal to low-normal range because of the cinnamon supplements.

Diabetes and blood sugar problems are common problems in this business. I'm here to tell you that cinnamon works to help regulate it. It might mean the difference for a medical card for some folks.

BTW- I always used coca cola to take acid off of tractor batteries. Pepsi won't work, but whatever acid they put in coca cola will clean off battery terminals. I drink the hell out of coke zero too. Kind of a scary thought

 

See if you can score some coke zero for me. I prefer the bottles
