I see Snowwy is back and they did not take his big spoon to stop him from stirring the pot. :)

I am enjoying the sunshine on my reset outside of Austin TX. I will offload in Buda in the morning and head South to Laredo for I don't know what yet. It has to be some kind of produce for sure and than back to Blaine WA.

I sure hope the weather in Colorado has calmed down by the time I will be through there again. So far I have managed to miss all the big storms this year with always being a day ahead. Not sure when that lucky streak will run out.

Also, has anybody any good advise in dealing with a ten wheeled ash tray? I have washed the inside down with Clorox wipes, shampooed the carpets, run the cushion covers through the washer and I am on my second bottle of Febreeze. :tongue6:

I tried Dryer sheets and they seemed to work ok, tear them into strips and tie to the vents. But im a smoker and my smell is compromised lol.

The smoke has permeated all the soft porous materials in the cab. Charcoal is a good odor absorbent. Try putting a small tray full of briquettes (not the pre-soaked ones! :biggrin_2556:) where it wont tip over and make a big mess and let that sit for a week or so to see if that helps. You'll want the tray somewhere where the air will circulate over it.

    Good luck.

I think I can save the money for cigarettes since I get enough second hand smoke just oozing out of all the crevices in the cab.

I did not realize you had a kinky side to you as well :biggrin_2559:

Oh, and it is definitely Monday in Texas, but it was funny seeing a guy at the loading dock trying to offload 2000lbs totes sitting on the floor with a palett jack. Needless to say they rejected the load. Now I am sitting in San Antonio trying to get the totes loaded on palettes. I just love hauling produce :biggrin_25513:.
