did 478 miles today, another turn and burn. I gotta tell you the inbound supervisor at 140 is a woman and she is very good looking too. I wouldnt mind hanging with her, maybe shes a cougar!! Too bad its a turn for us, if I got to stay overnight I wouldve tried LOL

Well just found out if we go out west to buffalo, they can keep us out for up to 4 days. They send you there to Ohio, Indy, and virgina. I wouldnt mind doing that at all. My friend just told me he asked them to please send him home after tonight in buffalo... Heck I got 3 hotties up there, 2 i work with in the bar who are from there and go back quite a bit, and another girl whos older who Im sure is down for fun

Squonk why dont you learn to play this on guitar and learn to sing... Im sure this will work getting the hotties, heck im trying it

Warning letters? For something you did wrong? At my Reddaway yard, you need to screw up bad to get one of those and even worse to get fired. I just laugh at the level of stupidity in my yard. I know people make mistakes and I have made some myself but it's pretty bad when a guy brings a trailer 500 miles with 2 placards on it with no hazmat. Can't believe he made it on the I-5!!! He said he was never stopped once. I would have been pulled over after the first 5 miles!

one was an illegal call out because I didnt feel like driving up there in the snow storm saturn... They said i shouldve used a personal day when they called me and I asked for it when they did but count it as illegal... The other is for going over 14 hours and using my 16 hour rule. They wanted to know why meanwhile they knew beforehand I had a breakdown... Plus even the the asst guy said i shouldve been put to rest at the last terminal as I was running behind... He wasnt mad at me for it though and said he will tell the others to be easier on that and not force me home... I had ever right for an rest... SO I am going to to write back that the truck you gave me is a junk heap and broke down on me... and your dispatchers didnt want me on rest...

I got the union though so at least that some insurance on my job... And bringing a trailer with two placards and no haz-mat... talk about a bad pre-trip. We have it that if theres no placards and required we can either do it ourselves or go into office and they have the switcher do it

Well that's what happens when they give us junk equipment and make you run so hard. I agree that guy didn't pre trip that placarded trailer. I just take my time mostly do lay downs anyway. I'll get to the yard early, get my truck ready (if the one they give me runs lol) start my log book, pay sheet and truck write up. Then I hook up, pre trip, sign out and finish my log book. They only pay me for my time hooking a set anyway. When My truck was no good and I switched it out in another yard during a via, they got mad cause I was taking so long. Told them I had to switch trucks, and they said oh no problem, let me pay you for that. They are really easy going at Reddaway for some reason.
