My DBL and payroll told me. Your sixth month and one year raise are automatic. At your two year mark, the scores come into play.

Ok, that sounds more like it except they are auto if you are a new hire, not an experienced hire. I came in an experienced hire and was automatically put on performance-based bonus to raise status. I get at least two out of three bonuses to get a raise. So far I've gotten one raise in 8 1/2 months.

Girl, I know you want this $$$$.

Yes it is. While on Per Diem, you basically get your refund money throughout the year instead of at the end of the year.

Thanks. So would you recommend staying on per diem or canceling it after 90 days? If I remember correctly we can cancel after 90 days?

Its not taxable at the end if the year. Its a credit you get as truck driver. Currently its like $54 a day for when your away from the house. Your going to get folks on her bashing the per diem. It hurts your retirement but not much. Folks hate SNI gets a couple cents from it. I love per diem doesn't hurt me at all. I get about combined 5000$ back in refund every year. It doesnt affect vacation pay. I'm for it.

I left SNI yesterday after 3 times this month not being compliant on APAP machine cause batteries won't last. I've done everything the way I was told, but still they won't last and the seem to be getting worse. Shop tested everything and says its all good, that I'm just not following their directions,l. So I say forget it.

I've seen a few bashing per diem but I don't see how it can hurt especially if it isn't taxable at the end of the year. I'd rather take home most of my pay anyways. I'm paying into schneiders 401k but I also have my own retirement investments. I'll think I'll keep my per diem.
