(CNN) -- John Drury is a 6-foot-7 truck driver with tattoos on his head, neck and arms. Not surprisingly, he's known as "Big John."
Truck driver John Drury used to spend 70 hours a week behind the wheel, eat greasy food at truck stops, and avoid the gym. By the summer of 2010, Drury weighed 400 pounds.
