guys im a 20+ year veteran driver and am an employee of wsx...let me tell you folks that are new to trucking... wsx has over 2500 drivers, we are average when it comes to driver turnover..we pay 2-3 cents above national avg (doe)... we bring in 100's of new drivers in every week

in large companys you will find that its "the same ##### different name" and this is true,but wsx has a strong freight base and we have the miles

we have many regional opportunitys depending on where you live

and for those of you that came to orientation and left cause something didnt go your way...well welcome to trucking!!!

trucking is not an exact science and we cant suit every drivers wants and needs everytime

i encourage all drivers to research prospective employers thoroughly

Dweddle isn't doing much of anything considering he cannot run his orientation properly, half of the "qualified drivers" shouldn't be issued a truck, they also complete orientation not knowing anymore than when they came in.. Also he's too busy trying to get into a guest service personnel's pants at the the hotel that western's ner drivers go for orientation.. And hes married too? Don't let him fool you.. I work for western and he isn't the "change" he thinks he is.. Western has a bad rep because of the stupidity of half the drivers they hire..

 

You say bring a 10 year work history? Does this mean the job offer that the recruiter gave me is just a pre hire? I asked him about this and he said I had the job as long as I could pass A drug test. I filled out a app and sounds like you won't check this till the Orientation.

You try my job. A job 3 people should be doing. You can't. And no I am not trying to get down anyone's pants. Why are you bad mouthing me. I give every driver that comes in there the tools to succeed. If someone does not want to learn how and I help them. Apparently you must someone who thinks their ***** does not stink. I go over logs elogs and alot of other stuff. I am going through stuff that should take 3 to 4days. As far as changing things. We are trying we can only do what we can.
