Congrats on making it through the final week back in Amherst. It was good meeting you during my orientation. Be safe out there, keep getting the miles... see you on the road.

 

Dropping a load of scrap in Neenah and then hooking up to a reefer with a 2 stop heading to LA. Shawn is going on vacation for a week or so, so it will be interesting to see how I'll be running while he is out.

Congrats timecook it's one of the best feelings in the world.

Well, Shawn is on vacation for a couple weeks so I have Dale as a dispatcher until he returns. So far, so good. Emptied out on Tuesday got a reset in and now I'm on a run from South Gate, CA to Leesport, PA for Monday morning. Can't complain about a 2700 mile run to get next week started. Be safe all.

 

Found out a couple of days ago that this load delivers Sunday night at 2100 instead of Monday morning so I've been keeping the right foot on the floor and the left door shut the last couple of days. Made it to Brazil, IN today from OKC and I'm hoping that the snow storm isn't too bad when I wake up as I only have a little over an hour of wiggle room. Also hoping that receiver has overnight parking as I'll just about be out of hours when I get there.

 

You'll be right around the corner from me, I'm delivering in Mountville on Monday but I'll be there around 18:00 on Sunday night. Too bad you're gonna be low on hours, I'd buy ya a cup o' joe.

Give me an update on that snowstorm if ya get a chance, I'll be heading across 70 Monday evening or Tuesday morning from Mountville,PA to Urbana, IL.

6-10 along the 70 corridor until about Columbus. From what I've gathered, you're heading straight into it, and I'm trying to stay ahead of it. Winter storm warning goes into effect in Indy at 0800 until Monday morning and they start earlier the farther west you go. I'll be the Wolding reefer with the tail feathers heading to where you're coming from.

Edit: you should be fine, thought you were heading this way tomorrow. Warnings end Monday morning/ afternoon for the areas forecasted to be hardest hit.

 

Hopefully they'll have it all cleared up by the time I get there.

Our paths do cross if ya want that cup o' coffee. If you're runnin the toll road it'll have to be in Harrisburg but if you're taking 68 to 81 it can be anywhere between Hagerstown & Harrisburg.

Let me know, I'm closer than you are & have plenty of time so I can meet ya whenever.

I'll be running the toll road to 81-78-PA61 to get to Leesport.

 

There's a Flying J on 81 exit 52 just after you hop off the t-pike...the offer stands.
