Good luck bud! Great starter company. Your gonna get a crap tractor at first. Look at it as a hazing the rookie. Regardless, they treat you well here. Very good rookie company

What is it about Rochester, NY and low clearance overpasses that trucks can actually go under? About a mile from where I'm going to pickup I see a 12ft 10 sign. I pull over and call the shipper to verify that's the right way in. The woman I talk to doesn't seem to get what I'm asking about. And while I'm talking to her, I see a truck go under from the opposite direction. So I figure, it has to be good to go. Only other time I had this happen was about 3-4 years ago, also in Rochester. Called the shipper, they had automated directions that actually said "when on XXXXXX street you will see a 13 ft sign. It's ok for trucks to go under."
Would have been nice to have known that before I got there.

I guess I'm asking for a straight up answer to , " how bad is the tweaker convention / crackheads / news choppers / COP chases ...ect " out infront of mo/hotel and around the area of school? Safe to walk to a store or find a ride for crap? How hostile are the natives? While asking , should I stock up on abunch of those blue/red little combs? Box of lye? Costco size RID kit? Balistic center mass protection plate? No bing deal? Just like any other large city , but not as bad as Salt Lake!
