Most of the time we use pilots but we also do flying j's. If there are none of those around we will use a TA or an independent. As for home time I believe that is how it is suppose to work but for us flatbedders they seem to have trouble getting us home for any length of time. Some of us go for two months or longer and when we want to go home they only give us a weekend.

If you run hard you can get around 3000 miles which is close to the 900-1000 dollar range. So for 3 weeks that be just a little over 2000 but I'd be prepared for 2100 miles when freight is slow. That will make you around 600-700. I've been running off recap a lot too so be prepared to really run hard.

the way time off works here is you get 1 day off per 7 days out....and its a good practice to inform your dm the days you want off well in advance

My dm told me that I couldn't use all ny saved up days and only the weekend would be allowed. I don't use all my saved up days off but I would prefer at least 4-5

RobertSDW , spend some time on here ESP in the older threads , you can see the issues that led to W.E. rep. Do not work there , but want every company to improve . Old saying rising tide lifts all boats! Positive improvements will improve the entire industry . The company I work for is very good , but not a fit for everybody (and limited hiring area) . Would like to advise people toward W.E. , besides those who need second chance. I think both of you two are trying to work on their rep, and good luck and gods speed to you !
