I found the following add on Craigslist a little while ago (yeah, I know, it's Craigslist). I'm not O/O so I'm unfamiliar with the typical rates an O/O can expect, but 90% of gross sounds a little lopsided. The limited information and poor spelling raise a red flag and make the whole thing seem a little sketchy.
Here's the text of the add, and a direct link:

Go ahead and run under their authority. You would NEVER get through a scale without being hassled. How long would it take to get 3000 miles if you have to spend two hours a day being inspected?
90% of gross? Wow 90% of $1.20 per mile? No thanks, you would be better off at 70% of $3 per mile and sitting 3 days a week. -
hmmmm
I drive for a company like that. More than happy)) Yeah, they sometimes cant spell properly, but at the end of the week my average on a dry van is $2,10 with 3000 miles every week. My dispatcher cant tell name of his account properly, but still it doesnt stop him to pre plan 3-4 loads all the time
Some of those companies can be a gold mine, but I will agree most of them are BAD!

I wonder why they gave out Angela's phone number if you are not supposed to call about the job. Guess Angela just like to chat.
