Have you checked the info. on the maker's website? I don't know the answer, but I'd like to know as well since I have one and will need it OTR. I was just planning on getting a 12v converter and plugging it into the cab's outlet. Let me know if I'm totally off base.

company you go with will install the inverter for you. you"ll just have to get the enverter.

You can also get a 12v power cord for your machine, they work well. -

The CPAP unit that I have will only run on 110 volts.
Please read my original post as to the question that I had asked!!!! -
you failed to mention in the original post that your machine was a 110 volt machine only. complete information always helps when asking for others opinions.

Turtle posted in Expediters Online that a pure sine inverter is needed for a CPAP machine. If I remember correctly it has to do with ruining the humidifier. Their site is set up the same as this one. Go there and search CPAP.
