Every roll over is caused by driver, driving to fast for conditions unless mechanical error. Ice, on ramp, snow, rain wind ignored the warnings, driving to fast.

I experienced a roll over my self "flatbed" had a lady pull out in front of me within a second
All I had to react I couldn't go into on comming traffic an I couldn't hit her with 47,000lb coil on my deck
at 55mph... put it in the ditch an it flip on its side never lost my coil...found out right after 2 kids in the
car with the driver I would of killed them!!! Lost my job was not cited for the accident as they said I did
what I had to or her kids would of been dead! Did I make the right choice! In my eyes yes! I can live without
trucking but I can't live with killing kids!! Im trucking again tho...my advice keep looking an keep trying if your
heart is on the road you will have to eat some #### for a min an do what you have too but it will pay off! KEEP YOUR NOISE CLEAN an company's will look at you again in the future!
Best of luck! -
Tenconamei, i was involved in an accident las june 23 2012. I dont know if it was my 7 years driving or what, but a train hit me from my side and i already explained it but to make the long story short, i was not hurt with ins. increase or points in my DMV, only that i missed a stop sign and police came out. Now, a rollover is known as a death sentence in this industry, what happend? was it snow, going around a ramp at car speed and not truck speed? was it negligence? the reason i shared my accident picture is to let you know that second chances exist in trucking but again, i had 7 years and your rollover was in your rookie year. Keep trying, what got me in was that i had good credit and bought my own truck and went back on the road. Just keep looking.

Well that's one scenario where you can't avoid a rollover. You did the right thing.

Do an online application with Paschall Truck Lines, Carolina Cargo, Buel Inc.
Follow up with a phone call a couple days after the online applications. -
No, it was negligence; Was up in KS, on a tiny road. No shoulder, and riding the yellow divider line the whole time, but the only other route out of there took me 150 miles out of route, and my company told me I couldn't take that way. I got a little too close to the right side of the road, got yanked over, started sliding on the snow beside road, falling into ditch. Overcorrected when I had no traction, and rolled. I doubt that could in any way be spun to sound like it's not my fault.
