The reason I ask, not saying Millis has a bad rep, just don't want to work where DOT is constantly just waiting to pull a company over. Bad apples do spoil the whole barrel at times whether its the drivers or office staff.

As for the scores, I should have asked what the limit is to compare that to. Does anybody know what Millis's turnover rate is?

I faxed everything over to Craig friday that he said was needed. Told him I would pay the $100 next week. Are there any road trainers in Georgia or better yet, close to Chattanooga. Just thinking about his home time and what I could do. If not oh well.

Does Millis still have dedicated in Georgia or maybe close to my neck of the woods? I knew they had a beer account in albany at one point, but, they had some competition.

Thought of something else. How long is the average wait for a trainer? Or I should ask what might be the longest wait for a trainer. Is it based on the school location, the students location or what? I won't be able to afford waiting very long and don't plan to go home after class training.

To better understand the mileage bonus incentive I will lay it out the way I think it is and use the example of .33/mile.

    up to 1999 miles=.33
2000-2499=.36/mile (my understanding of the extra .03 per mile)
2500-2999=.40/mile (I'm assuming you would add the extra .03 at the 2000 mark and add to that the .04 at the 2500 mark)
3000 plus = .45/mile ( again assuming you would add the other 2 extra increases along with that at the other marks to receive a total of .12/mile bonus for anything above the
    3000 mile mark)
Or is it just an additional .05 at the 3000, .04 at the 2500, ect. In other words you would only get .38 /mile at the 3000, .37/mile at the 2500, and .36/mile at the 2000. This would still not be bad pay regardless. Just doing alot of thinking today and analyzing.

We are below the threshholds on all csa scores, dont know the inervention points, but have never seen us reach them. Have regional in ga but no dedicated that i know of. 95% of the time you have a trainer before school is over may take a couple days to get picked up, less if you drive from choo choo or cville and park your car there. That is also the best chance you have of getting hometime during training. Keep in mind you may not get a trainer from ga. Its who ever needs a student at the time and they try to match smoking and non smoking for obvious reasons

If your starting rate is .33
At 2000 it goes up to .36
At 2500 it goes up to .37
At 3000 it goes up to .38
This is for all miles driven

I got kinda confused what you meant about driving from choo choo or cville and park their. Did you mean drive from choo choo to cville to meet the trainer? That's not a problem if needed. I don't plan to go home after class if possible. So I guess your also saying if I park the car at the terminal I can get home time easier if with a trainer from ga. Reading this more I believe you are saying its based on if the trainer is from ga. If they are, will dispatch allow that if its out of route? or how far out of route. I know I'm being technical and I'm sorry. It's my personality.

I got kinda confused what you meant about driving from choo choo or cville and park their. Did you mean drive from choo choo to cville to meet the trainer? That's not a problem if needed. I don't plan to go home after class if possible so hopefully I won't have to drive home and then back. I asked only because I just noticed a student on here say out of 6 student only 1 had a trainer and it got me wondering. The better this all flows, the quicker I can move on with things to where I need to be with all this.

Who do you ask to get on regional? I may decide to do it right off the bat if I'm doing fine with trainer. I know it's been almost 5 yrs but it's kinda like riding a bicyle I think. I only had 2 months then, but, still I can be a quick learner.

You would park your car at Cartersville and drive home from there if you get through for the night or are shut down for a 34 or something like that while with a trainer. If the trainer isn't from GA then getting home is a little more of a problem. The easiest thing to do is drive you car to cville to meet your trainer. Keep in mind you may have to go home for a day or two if they have to get routed to pick you up. The only time I have heard of anyone sitting for an extended period of time was waiting for the trainer to get them picked up. You will have a trainer before you get out of school or with in a couple days. Its not like other companies that will make you wait a month to get a trainer.

For regional your trainer will tell you who to message to get put on GA regional.
