there is more likely much more to this whole thing then we are being told,history of equipment damage,being late,chronic whiner,bad attitude,lack of responsibility.
bottom line is claims cost all of us,I dont like paying for someone elses inability to man up,they shouldn't go without some pay but certainly not go with being held accountable.

I can't disagree with what you've stated but I'm guessing you don't own a megacarrier, the issue is with the large companies stealing drivers pay.

 

I used to go to a cave in Carthridge, MO I believe, what a mess.

 

Hypothetically, if a driver sideswipes your mirror in a hit and run should you pay for it because you were not responsible or aware enough to get the drivers license plate number?
