Thanks man. Makes perfect sense. So you can't get hired on directly for regional then? I thought maybe you could tell the recruiter that's what you wanted before starting school and be set if its available at that moment. Guess they have to wait till your solo and it has to be available then to talk about.
Need to know

So in order to receive the up to .41 you have to take the .35 package and not take the health insurance. I'm glad I asked this, I had a whole different idea as you could see. Wasn't sure what they meant on their website either. -
Do they pay deadhead miles also, even if its to the house or something like that?

So if you come off home time does your pay start once you get to where your load is to be picked up at?

Makes sense. Thanks for explaining Emt!

Thanks for the info. I knew of at least 1 company that will pay for the drive home and then to delivery point from home or pick up point from home. Not sure its thats still true or not. Anyway that's fine. At least I'm burning up their fuel and not mine to get to that next point and home time.

I was deadheaded from Richmond In. Home to Chicago 275 miles, because no loads were available. Picked up a load that following Monday near the house, IIRC IWas paid all those miles, I'm regional and that happened on a Friday
