That just is a peeve of mine.
The expectations of the driver are extremely high, and they should be.
But they aren't the same across the board when it comes to office, including management.
Still waiting for the day when its ok to ask the office folks to leave their house, come sit at work for 24 hours, but not have them work, tell them to wait and see what happens, and not pay them for that time.

So I asked my recruiter about APU's on the trucks, and this was the answer. Is this false?

Trucks do have APUs? – Not very many of them do, we have clean idle on them. As long as you are in the truck it is OK to idle.
