Still around and still interested in your replies. Out on Evo I training with Roehl right now so I have not had time to use the PC. The grand experiment will not occur until approx the end of jan. Google does not cover my area in adequate detail to be useful.

a mathematical formula for this one.... figure out the turning radius divided by the area in question mulitiplied by the length of the rig times the length of the driveway divided by the road area subtracted by an estimate of how many pull-ups you'll need plus the bridge formula on the wheelbase divided by the area between the trees times the turning radius. you may even have to hire a mathematician to crunch the numbers.

Hmmm, sounds like it would be a hulleva lot easy just to take the truck over there and try it versus the mathmetician!

either way, he's looking at an all-nighter. he might as well set up camp in his front yard and have his neighbors take notes . it's going to be very interesting to see the results of this unprecedented , never before attempted hair-raising stunt.

hollyhole will be knockin' on his door with a mulit-million dollar contract in hand. That's fine as long as he remembers us. We are all on the forum in plain english as proof that we deserve a cut of the loot. All I need is one mill, and I'm on my way to puerto vallarta and get a pina colada.

I was lucky enough to get dropped at my house after the Evo I. My trainer put the rig into the driveway without a problem. He could not stick around long enough for me to get the camera to take pictures but I will take pictures when I get my own truck and park it there.
The trailer went in without sliding the tandems forward. However the tractor steers did have to go into the grass on the other side of the road about 1 1/2 feet. My trainer said if I slide the tandems all of the way forward I should be able to keep off the shoulder on the other side of the road.
