I really dislike days like this......

This is complete BS. We all know sitting is part ofthe job, but they don't need to make it as unpleasant as possible. A little communicationgoes a long way!

During my orientation they said its 80 drivers per fleet manager which I thought was really high (was 40-50 drivers per fm at my last company), so I can only imagine how overloaded the night/weekend crew can become...

 

Getting ready to go to the pool & enjoy some (more than 6 ) miller lights!!

 

Sad that ..true to blue has to mean this lol

 

I'm only true to blue till I get where I can get a better job. I am sick of

- Getting close to home is the only time I can get a preplan
- Sitting when I KNOW there are loads that I could be placed on
- Being told how we need to decrease idling in order to meet fuel requirements, but there not being anything done to ensure you're kept rolling
- being stuck in a KW with 1 live axle (the KW alone is enough to be sick of)
- New 1!! Being dispatched to places that won't even allow you to bring a drink in, NO bottles of liquid period.

 

Have several for me!! This day has gotten really effed up since I last posted and unfotumatly I can't go into the details.

 

We had a word for this in the Army....FUBAR!!!

 

Just finished detropia on netflix. Guess I'll stop joking about detroit roads being so bad it makes my XM skip
