U2 posted something about that before he got himself banned. I want to say it's 56-cpm split between the two drivers, but I don't know if that's correct. There was a general pay raise on the company-side after the economic fandangle, so this may be off. It's split 50-50 (of whatever the total is,) so you're paid 28-cpm for all miles credited to the truck loaded and empty.

You wish it was 56cpm.... it is the same rate as the solo truck, with a 10cpm bonus for the week if the miles are above 3600. the rate depends on the first seat's longevity with the company.

Well then they changed it... still, that's quite a bit more than the 20-something it used to be. Been a long time since I ran a company truck, and it's starting to show!

    9 weeks to go! :biggrin_255:

Kinda true. The solo base rate isnt close to the team rate. The lightweight truck bonus of .05 to the solo pushes the solo pay range closeer to starting team split.

It was .40 to start team, however I'm not sure how much of an increase they got with last years across the board company driver raise. .01? .04? Or more in line with the solo's .02?

they did adjust the team bonus calculation to match the pay week. It was loads completed between Fridays, now it's Tuesdays (in line with payroll.) No bonus on loads scanned in after 48 hours from empty.

My current base team rate is .47. Trainer base + per diem + trainee's .12 pay= my current team rate.

    .30 + .05 + .12

Got my confirmation today that Im good to go for orientation on the !3th of May. Finally making the move :) For those always wandering about the flat lease side I'll do my best to keep a good running thread once I start orientation. I always had loads of questions but few of the lease flat guys take the time on their break to get on here apparently so getting answers about flats let alone lease was hard to come by lol.

    Company Driver

That is my trainer rate. .35 for all miles to the truck with a trainee. Team miles. Company trainers also collect 100 percent of the team bonus and 3/4 of fuel bonus. Trainee gets .12/mile plus 1/4 of fuel bonus plus 1/2 of the stop pay or $600 whichever is greater.

Company trainer pay is basically the entire team rate calculated then minus the .12/mile to the trainee.

Instructor pay is my current solo rate (.40) plus $300 per week. Instructor miles are generally closer to that of the average solo driver miles as the instructor is sitting next to the student in the passenger seat for all miles the student drives.

Im not going to get into the details of how to run "super solo" as an instructor, but its possible to average a few miles more than the average solo driver. Its legal, allowed, but discouraged. I use it only if the delivery situation or calls for it. Some instructors use it to or abuse it to make more money. Personally, if its its use is not required to deliver the load on time, then its use is not helping the student.

the true team rates for prime .42 cpm split up to 3500 miles anything after 3500 you het a split .10 cpm so .21 per person up to 3500 miles then .26 cpm after that and you spilt the fuel bonus if you are training its .36 cpm to a seat then .12 cpm to b seat guarantee of $600 whichever is greater instructor makes .36 cpm plus $300 weekly bonus instructors and trainers keep the fuel bonus idk how it is for lease but im company and thats how ill get paid o yea forgot you havr to do your a seat upgrade in order to get team pay so either way you have to do your upgrade of you want to make more than the 600 bucks a week
