i will be surprised if you get more than 8 hrs worth... If you do please let me know... There is one last year we should have gotten at least 18 hrs worth!!

 

Moose has Rodger for a dm. I'd expect 8 hours detention and operational layover for the rest. If he can get anything else, rodger will get it for him. Rodger is everything you want in a dm.

 

Had a few extra days at home to enjoy so I went out and passed my Doubles and Tanker endorsements. Actually studied doubles and missed three, havnt even looked at Tanker stuff (it doesn't cost any more to take the extra test so mines well) and only missed 1...

Baker Huges opened up their new location in your town and they're hiring like crazy.

I parked my semi in their new parking lot and took a picture, because it's the only time I've parked my semi under a palm tree.

 

I just wanted to ask some of the guys having trouble with miles or some of the newbies. No disrespect to frost but are you contacting you dm everyday even after you put in your eta. Especially if you know your going to a slow freight lane or anytime just giving him reminders your going to be on time and looking for a preset. The longer runs I would send in my mac every morning or afternoon and just let him know I am looking don't forget about me and would usually be preset 90% of the time or would get my load in the door waiting. It sounds like some of the problems could be communication I could be wrong but I know since day 1 on my own my trainer told me your dm has a lot of drivers just remind them your out there.

 

done with week 1 with my trainer. #####in thing is when i upgrade im staying in his truck and running it when he goes on vacation. then when gets back i go straight o/o no company for me
