    does Venture Logistics have a dedicated account with a company here in Fort Wayne? i see trucks from the company at least once a day in the warehouse complex i work at.

    trucks are always in great shape from what i can see as well. though the company name reminds me of the Venture Brothers tv show.:biggrin_2559:

    There's a drop yard of the 1 I mean 309 exit. I drive around Ft Wayne twice a night on the lovely 469.

    i;ve been with venture logistics for a yr now and i like it just fine i have 26 yrs driving so been to a few companies all the people are down to earth and the owber is a really nice guy.

    This is only my second company to drive for. Out of all the places I've ever worked at combined I've never met a nicer owner. And anytime you need him he's just a email or phone call away.

    I saw an ad on Craigslist for Venture and checked out their website and they seem to be a decent company to work for. Getting home on the weekend is the most important thing for me. I live off ex333 on I-75 in Dalton Ga. Do drivers down here still see home on the weekends?

    Yes. If you've got hazmat you could probably slide into a nice run right about now. They are looking for hazmat drivers to cover a new account they just got. One of the areas it shows is GA.

    Either way I know there's miles being in that area. I use to run from IN to Monroe, GA twice a week. Stayed around Dalton a few times. We have a shipper there we pick up from. Can't remember there name.

    Pulled my last load for Venture tonight. Trucks all cleaned out and ready to be returned in the am. I've been given the opportunity to do what I got into this industry for starting Monday.

    After 23 months I still say this is a good company. It can be tough starting out but once you get into the groove of things you can make money here.
