I have accuweather and the weather channel app. The weather channel app I mainly use for the "interstate forcast" and weather allerts.
I also have accounts with Cdot, wdot, Udot, Idot to name a few. when I know we are going through and the weather kight be bad, I change my setting with that account and I will get weather alerts, chain laws, and road closers. I tried twitter accounts but got to much garbage.
NOAA is working on an app that works like the "emergency radios" but for your cell phone. I haven't checked lately cause their website is a major pain to navigate with my tablet ( I didnt bring my laptop this trip)
