For the record, I am not a spokesman. I am just here. Do you see ANYONE else? DO YOU? The manager of Tink's husband? Where is he? Yeah... All I can tell you guys is that I forward stuff to him and occasionally talk to Brian. He KNOWS, but is waiting on some money. When? I DON'T KNOW. I am here because I feel a duty to the drivers, even those not my own. What do YOUR managers tell you?

Amber answers the phones. I am sure my answer will piss someone off. I am not sure why I am even doing this. Again, I guess I feel a duty. However, it wasn't my fault.

@Sublime: I AM still waiting too. I HAD it, but can't seem to find it in any of my inboxes. He said he'd resend. I will try to get it.

 

For the record, I am not a spokesman. I am just posting here to try and help. Will it? I don't know. Attacking me won't do any good as it wasn't MY fault. I did WAY more than anyone else would have. Also, for the record, I AM enjoying not having the constant worry about drivers and problems and such. The last couple of months have sucked. Well, the last 8 for sure. I like helping people which is why I came back to being a manager. Believe it or don't believe it, I don't care. It's the truth. People that know me will tell you that I generally speak my mind. I say what I think. All this is Effed up. It sucks. There's more to this however, than saying "they used postal cards to haul freight." You CANNOT run Mail one way w/ no back haul. Our beloved "partners" in the PO have made all these runs, not caring HOW it is done. Matheson gave up a bunch of stuff and 100+ drivers were out of work. We tried. Anyway, again, none of that was MY decision. What do you want from ME, Fupayme? Not my company. Who was your manager? Ask him. And why can't you use your real name?

 

Like i said i dont care to hear excuses, since you are here in this thread to defend this bs company that makes you their spokesman.

Trojan ### sucks, the managers suck, the owners suck because they are no where to be found decided to hide and not show their faces.

If your business is doing bad ? Proceed with layoffs but no, these guys are use to breaking the law and going to Jail so having drivers without pay is no problem to them.

And yes to the individuals working in the offices i am pretty sure they got paid, else why would someone work for free.

IF the PO did not pay them is not any of the drivers fault plain and simple.
We deliver we expect pay not excuses and my name is FUPAYME hahaha

 

Matheson was smart then. A company has to bid runs accordingly. No one forces a company to sign a contract. I'm in the office here and know how this works.

 

Again, ain't my company. As I have said, I did my part. I have NOTHING to feel bad about, other than the company I worked for, for 7½ years is done. I looked after MY people and did my job right. We didn't break the law. We were on time. We took care of our equipment. I had nothing to do with the 401k's and nothing to do w/ people getting their checks.

so I guess that's just A coincidence that Trojan horse is the only contractor that is not getting paid by the post office, what a joke what are you management.

 

You know Sturmkatze, I have read all your postings and I get the feeling that you really do care about us, but I got to ask, just exactly what can you do to help any of us? In all your postings you justify yourself, keep repeating that all this was not your fault (even though I haven't seen anyone say you had anything to do with this) and pat yourself on the back for helping your drivers in any way you can. That's great, I thank you for caring, and I am sorry if this sounds harsh but what can you really do about any of this.
Think about it. We may never see all the money that Trojan owes us. Lets crunch some numbers. Just say that there are 100 drivers and each one makes $1000 per week. By the time the !st get here, Brian will owe us the amout pushing $100,000,000. And those numbers are conservitive. Plus, there is no more money coming in. I know that these Postal contracts pay well, but I don't think they pay that well.
I do believe that the only recourse we have is thru the legal system, and I for one plan to do just that. I hope that other former Trojan drivers will join me in doing so.
Again, I don't mean this as a personal attack against you because I am not wired like that. I wish you and your family nothing but the best in life.

I doubt if you are reading any of these posts since you really seem to not care at all about your employees, so maybe this is just for me to blow off some anger. But, I want to ask you a question Mr. hicks. How does it feel?
How does it feel knowing you have turned your back on so many that trusted you?
How does it feel knowing you have put so many people in dire straits?
How does it feel knowing that you have taken the food right out of my children's mouth?
How does it feel knowing that you have put so many families at risk of losing the things we have worked so hard to keep?
How do you feel Mr. Hicks?
I again doubt that you believe in such things as kharma or religion, but what you believe in dosen't matter to me because I DO believe in these things. I believe the Devil himself is rubbing his hands together with a smile on his face knowing what kind of eternal torture he has planned for you.
