Seriously you cannot figure it out? Volume and profit margin ring a bell?

i interviewed in marcy ny any driver with a couple years exp and a clean record can get called up for a interview, the interview is 5 questions, that you have to answer the "walmart" way its like a test you will be graded on everything, even the words you say. once your by that its all up to your pti and driving skills!

Congrats there NYVET! Yeah WM ain't for everyone. Thinking back, the only people I've seen quit or get fired were those with patience/temper problems. They don't put up with the typical "truck driver attitude"......or lying, running around looking ragged, the unwashed stinky drivers, skirt chasers, cussin' in the break room or on the radio or around the stores. Yeah there ain't no WM drivers that could play Snowballs part in Smokey and the Bandit..........now. But don't get me wrong; they have a bunch of ex- bull haulers, grain haulers, chicken haulers, gas haulers, that managed to sneak in!:biggrin_25525:

Besides the stinky unwashed ragged part, cause us LTL guys are home to shower, they want to take fun part about being a truck driver out. Sorry I can't be a stiff cause the job wants me too.

actually its only 2 interviews and the 2nd one being a job offer... the 5 or 6 questions asked are random questions i would not consider that jumping through hoops. probably more to your story then you care to admit. I have been treated like a king since the first time I walked through their door. keep busting your rump on that ltl... I will keep cruising stress free and laid back reaping the rewards...

shower every day for free, with laundry done for free... even fed for free several times a month always a bbq going on somewhere. They have taken no fun out of the job,it is totally laid back with no pressure driving the best maintained equipment of an private fleet on the road,

    drozzer69 Thanks this.
