McLane Foodservice Drivers

Only knock on US Foods is the pallets are unorganized. You'll see what I mean when your digging for your stops vs other companies that organize em better. They won't change cause they say it cost them more money, go figure!

 

Like Sysco loads better, lol. ALL food service companies load poorly. I dig daily. Some days the pickers tries to organize the best they can, some days they just throw it were ever they like, lol.

 

How much is the worst full time company mclane driver grossing on the w-2 for one years worth of work?

 

My son-in-law drives for McLane, he makes close to $100,000, other drivers who really hussle make over that.

 

That's what one lady told me about hauling sand???? now look at me... Anyhow, could you ask your son in law to tell K. in HR that the guy from out of state who passed both physicalls and road test the last week of March but chose to try the oil fields instead is now thinking he might have been better off at McLane? LOL

 

i was interview with mclane really good pay phisical job buttt good money has better reputation them mbm Mbm has bad equipmnt only good thing they use lift gate and mclane ramps i

 

everybody know those guys make good money is because u are doing two things driving and general labor (unloding) but mclane company has better reputation them mbm i was interview with those guys for mclane food service they have better retention them mbm .

 

Does anyone know about the orientation with mclane I'm just curious. I could physical, drug test, road test last week just waiting on back ground check. The lady n hr said it should b done my wed. I'm ready suppose to be at least 20k yr pay increase and that's starting out on the extra board
