    So a friend of mine also wants to get into prime but has felonies on record that are sexual the charges were dismissed but show up in background checks it was a juvinile case. Any advice would be nice

    He's also thought about going to get his record expunged but is worried about what to put on the application if he does

    If they are expunged, then they never happened.

    Otherwise, ask a recruiter. Maybe ask anonymously so if the record is expunged, there won't be any way to trace the call back to you.

    If the charges were dismissed, it will show that. A lack of a conviction looks favorably upon your friend. An explanation would most likely be needed, but like I said, the lack of a conviction is a good thing.

    IIRC, it has to be 7 or more years. If there is anything else in his background since then, there isn't a chance.

    I am out here doing my tnt and they are getting ready to start this safety blitz our differential is leaking will I get a ticket for that

    You could get a mark on an inspection. I am not sure how a leak would be classified though.

    Yep. On a level one, you'll most likely get dinged...

    § 396.5 Lubrication.

    Every motor carrier shall ensure that each motor vehicle subject to its control is—

    (a) Properly lubricated; and

    (b) Free of oil and grease leaks.
