Dude, think boot camp for the military or being stationed in Afghanistan.
Now suck it up and quit the whining and get the training done and the n be your own man ,
in your own truck.
Or else, your right, trucking is not for you.
It didn't work out for me the first time. Will it workout if I try again?

You seem to have some kind of issue with patience. Being in a hurry in this industry will get you or someone else hurt or worse.
Tonythetruckerdude, jxu417 and Jakaby Thank this. -
perhaps you shoulda gotten the full concept of trucking before actually trying it.
L/O's have to run ragged. they have very high payments and there mileage pay is very low. unlike being a real O/O.
you also work for the government. and the govermnet has a clock. you really can't afford to stop. without making loads late.
working for a reefer company with a computer that runs a clock is the hardest thing to work with in trucking. but pretty soon. we'll all be on the box and running our butt off. or not as the case may be.
how that lady lease operator ran you. is reality. does she need the money. who doesn't. but she has very expensive bills to keep up for just the truck alone. the pay she makes and the payments she has. just aren't worth it. and if you take time off. ior have a breakdown. t can literally hurt you when have to make up those payments. -
I have read the replies and yes patience is something I have to work on. I am used to running my own business and on my own schedule. Some of the replies have so many typos and so grammatically incorrect I don't see how you can come down so hard on me. Anyway thanks for those who are actually not trying to be a smart ###. There are a lot of details i left out but i never posted on this site so i wanted to see what the feedback was like. In the end we are all truck drivers and should not bash each other. someone mentioned I was whining. I am a grown man and there is no need for me to whine about my experience.

You quit too soon. The third trainer might have been a charm.
