Not the best company but what starter company is,have you tried Werner.Where is it you live? Some companies shy away from certain states. You should call one of the turn on companies to see what the problem is then at least you'll know.

Team driving is not for everyone, that's for certain. Personally I hate team driving. Hard to get a proper rest when the truck is constantly moving. Add to the fact you may not get along with your co-driver, you might not trust their driving abilities (especially hard to sleep in that situation), plus all the subtle little nuances like liking different types of music, etc. They might be a slob while you might be the neatest person in the world. Of course you very well might get along perfectly with your co-driver and things work out better than expected. Just be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. If you're finding none of these companies are taking you on as a solo, try teaming for awhile to gain that valuable experience if need be.

Nope I would'nt do teams.CRST appoints you someone to team with and the success rate teaming with a complete stranger is'nt all that high.I drove for Werner for 3 yrs.Not the best company but you're 1st yr is all about getting the exp anyway. You won't make much till after you get the exp no matter who you drive for.
