Can someone tell me about the Maverick Regional Southwest Flatbed Division? Where it runs and what ? Or what to expect out of Dallas Tx. Just some general info about how it works.
Thanks

Here is my friend's answer to your question verbatum: "I've run TX, OK, KS, MO, AR, LA,TN, IL, and AL. Freight can be sheet rock, bar, pipe, coils, lumber. As far as hometime, I have only been hung out 2 times in 18 mos." He is a good dude, and loves his job with Maverick. Good luck!

Well, for that division I would GUESS that probably only about maybe half of their loads actually require tarp. Usually a load of sheet rock, gray bar or pipe does not require tarped. However, most coils and lumber loads will need to be tarped usually. Now, keep in mind that Maverick has what's known as "Winter Tarping rules" which means during the winter months- when there is a great possibility of salt on the roads- not to mention all the moisture- all steel loads must be tarped.

And yes, Maverick is an outstanding company to drive for. You will be very impressed, I promise.
