as you start talking. it's the fear that's causing that. but once you start talking, you are basically overcoming the fear at the same time and you should be talking like a mockingbird...i think those are the birds that talk .... besides parrots.

Sorry I was only trying to get the 11/14 hour rule acrossed as this is the biggest issue for OTR drivers. Still have many not understanding it
