I am a non CDL farm truck driver. Do I have to have a medical card even though I am not required to have a CDL if it I drive with 150 miles of my farm?

I thought you had to have a CDL no matter how far you drive if its over 26k gross especially leaving private property?
I know to have the CDL you must have a medical card first -

You shouldn't have to have a medical card if you don't have a CDL. If you have a CDL then YES, you need a medical card. Rules may vary in different states.

Many states have agriculture exemptions that allow them to operate a larger vehicle without a cdl for farm and intrastate. -
In NH to drive a DOT registered commmercial vehicle of ANY type you need a med card. I'm thinking that would be nation wide. Not all commercial vehicles require a CDL.
