I don't know anything about FFE, however if you want the scoop on Prime look at the What to expect at Springfield thread.

Still running strong but finally going to get some good home time. New people going in plan on 2 months before you go home. We drove 6200 miles last week so I should get a check of about 730 before taxes and deductions.
BigJayDragon Thanks this. -

Paid weekly. After the psd stage you will be making 600 a week. Anything over 5000 miles you get .12 a mile extra.

Incorrect, bubbleguts.
You are paid at your guarantee rate OR your cpm, whichever is greater. Your CPM is your guarantee, assuming a 5000 mile week.
Given a 12 cpm guarantee, and a 6200 mile week (you guys are rockin man), your check can be estimated, pretax, at $744, plus the team mileage bonus and fuel bonus, which is contingent on your seat class. If you were both A seats, the truck would earn an extra 10 cpm for every mile over 3500, which you would split 50/50, mpg bonus split the same way.
Don't forget that your paystub/settlement paperwork will show your mileage at like 10cpm taxed, then the remainder is given as untaxed travel allowance- which through some magic of computer science and arcane mathematics equals out to your proper cpm.snowman1, Rocket1949, BigJayDragon and 1 other person Thank this. -

Thats a fact. It is the highest of any other company I have seen. I think KLLM is 500 but most of the other companies are 425 and below (GROSS). In fact Prime pays so much more than everyone else, I actually asked my recruiter how they can pay that much. They also are one of the highest cpm out there, especially for someone starting out. If I remember right..Stevens, Central, USA and most of the other "training" companies are starting at 26-29cpm. A pretty big difference compared to Primes 36-38 plus the extra for the LW truck. I will admit that the the are certain things about Prime that seem to good to be true. The main thing that strikes me as odd is the fact that it is kinda hard to find a current or former employee with a legitimate complaint about Prime. Oh well we will soon see since Im headed there in a couple days -
I'm in psd training now and from the first day my trainer had me driving the whole time , drove from Missouri to Oklahoma' to Kansas to Texas and now Georgia, it's a great training program id recommend it to everyone
