Just wait until they change it to:

"Drivers may not use more then 14 hours from the start of a given work day until the end of said work day, however only 11 of that may be driving, during the midst of which the driver/operator must take a mandatory bathroom break no earlier then 72 nor more then 179 minutes following the commencement of any on-duty status, unless fewer then 49 minutes of said 179 of the previous minutes were used for driving (unless supplemented by between 63 and 81.74 minutes of on-duty status), and said break must be utilized for the purpose of personal waste removal and my not be accompanied by any beverage purchase or of a food determined by the FDA to cause excessive thirst, followed by a driving period of no more then 239 minutes, punctuated by at least one five-minute break for the sole purpose of checking and adjusting (as necessary, to be determined by congressional hearings in 2015) the west coast mirror on the passenger side of the vehicle only, and, following the conclusion of the tenth hour of driving (or 13th hour of said work day, whichever comes first) begin the mandatory (MANDATORY) initiation of a search for legal parking before the remaining drive time on said drivers clock falls to under one (1) hour, the proof of which will be provided by a government macro installed in every truck in the country that will require all drivers to park, set the brakes, and send straightaway the aforementioned macro indicating such a search has commenced.

So, I guess it could be worse.

I'm not throwing stones, just making a point for everyone. But, if your home every day (or if your not) chances are, your stopping for lunch at some point during the day anyway, Just use that for your break & its not costing you anything. Your still getting home at the same time as you always have. Its not any difference.

What's the worry. You know these complainers are the same ones who'll take their break as usual
    on the FUEL Island. Jeeez

This could be easy pickin's for LEOs/scales houses during the early months of this, be diligent...

And I have to give it to anyone with an 8+hr bladder, I know I don't...I also refill my thermos more often than every 8hrs so combining that with bio break and this is a non issue...

I also think the reset rule will create way more headaches and fines than this rule...

7 hours was the longest I went straight without stopping and then just stopped on the side of the road and went between the trailer and tractor then back on my way, I was short on time for that load.
Normally I stop at least 2 times during a drive shift or extra if im tired. I will just have to time and combine some of my stops is all, im not worried about the 30min break, that one is easy to do.

The one who whined about elogs and quitting over it and stuff....whats the problem you running multiple logs right now? To me the elog is much easier and faster and I embraced it when I got to use it and ditch the paper log. I carry a weeks worth of paper logs just in case my qualcomm goes down but they are just collecting dust.
Shows you drove for 3 years? if some of these old timers who drove for 30 can embrace elog then im sure you can too....
