Was busy over the weekend... in the mist of putting OSB and Blue Insulation up on the house for the new siding.

I have to see what the DB admin says on this issue.

I might have you delete the cache folder and restart with fresh files from the server.

    Thanks,
    Mark

You would need to clear out your component Cache folder. If you are computer savvy I can point you to the Path on your C:\. Also need to know what OS you are on (computer).

FYI - Download from the RM server to your C:\. Then it pushes it to the TND. When you run D/R it compares to your files on your C:\. If those are corrupt you are basically comparing bad files to bad files. You would have to clear out your Component Cache folder and get fresh files from the server.

Be sure to be on a high speed internet connection for the maps.

    Thanks,
    Mark

For FYI... if maps are available, always download them first. Close the Dock out via the icon in the start up tray and then restart the Dock to then update the SW version.

    Thanks,

K7TKR - Can you enable the Traffic on the 720?

Does the Dock show Traffic = Yes?

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Mark,

RM customer service took care of the issue, actually had to rewrite a bit of code via remote access. Guess there were two or three support and engineer types gathered around. I am supposed to send more info to them as they think there might be some windows8 issues involved.

Kudos to RM support. It was a fairly frustrating issue and one they hadn't seen yet.

The new maps are available. Does your Dock show LTM = Yes?

    Thanks,
    Mark

Yes I have LTM=yes . The last update was it maps and software combined? My map version is 3120212 so is there a newer version available or did I already download it. It wasn't that large of a download so thought that maps were still coming.
