    In fact more and more E-loggers are going to be doing that as more and more regulations are put upon the industry. I truly feel sorry for the guys that are forced to earn a living while running against their clock.

    Another thing, while I'm at it ;-) all this anti-government big talk and such, when you guys stop filing your taxes, driving without a government issued license, registration, plates, mandated insurance, mandated medical card, etc, etc, etc, then I will take you seriously.

    Until then, all this, " the government isn't going to tell me what to do" bravado is meaningless. I've said before, the government is telling you what you can and can't do over a hundred times a day and you're just a bunch of sheeple too going along for the ride ;-)

    Well, my EOBR is calling me now. I gotta run.

    I'm not in favor of mandatory EBORs.....Except for habitual HOS violators....

    We have a member on this board....If you have ever been in the "sandbox" you'll know who I'm speaking of....But...We have a member who brags about running 30 hours straight...Do you as a self-described "outlaw" approve of that?

    Btw....I seen one of your fellow "outlaws" today on CA-91 between I-605 and CA-57 running his rig in the HOV lane....Running like his load was supposed have been there yesterday......

    I run legal and I'll bet I gross more annually than you do running illegally....And I never have to look over my shoulder....

    Couldn't have been landstars fellow "outlaw" as he runs paper. What you must of saw is one of those Eobr guys since they have to push non stop.

    Ok....I'll agree somewhat....The Megas like Swift, CRE, Hunt.....Had a hand in it.....But like anything else....Truckers are are their own worst enemies....

    Take securement regs....Every 'Bedder worth his salt knows that unless you have a headache rack on the wagon....The first 10' of a load needs to be secured with at least two forms of securement...

    Yet...I still see Steering Wheel Holders with loads not secured properly....

    All it takes is one moron to ruin it for the rest of us....Like Alabama....One or two morons couldn't secure their coils properly...And now look what is required to haul coils in Alabama......

    But hey....Everyone has "Right' run as they please correct?

    So run 30 hours straight....
    Run 1500 pounds over....
    Run like the load was supposed to be there yesterday....

    When the DOT puts their thumb on everyone's head....Don't cry about it.....

    Yeah he's out there....He's running all H.H. loads and charging $15/m........(the extra $5/m is to pay for permits and escorts).....

    Not too many guys running a standard 5 axle rig are doing that...
