You know if you can make so much money with a 200 mile load. Then why cry about E logs all the time. You can even make more money hauling illegal aliens and drugs since it's all about the almighty dollar. I guess those speed limit signs are all about the government trying to control us as well.

I'm glad I no longer serve the god of materialism. I would be on the other side of the fence as well. Still running 200,000 miles a year to gross 70,000+. Doing rolling reset's and having to take an hour to make my new log book right to get past a scale I don't feel like driving 50 miles to get around. Yep I had big house, cars, and the 500,000 life insurance policy because I knew I'd be dead if I continue running like that. Then economy took a hit and couldn't continue running 4 and 5,000 miles a week. Running 800 miles on a slow day 1000 or so on a good day. To running 300 miles to 600. Using the credit cards to pay the house note, and wife figured this train was running out of gas so she jumped ship. So no house, no cars, was able to save the motorcyle barely, and no wife. But I did find Jesus or he found me. So things are looking up paying off the bankruptcy payments and even have some money left over for the new wifey. Even though I think she is about to hit the road as well. But God is good and even on E logs I will cut a few corners. But I refuse to put someone's life in jeopardy for a buck like I use too. So For all those who are still outlawing. May God be with you as he was with me, but when he had enough of my abuse of his grace. He knew how to get my attention. Anyway you guys have a great day, I'll be trucking all week long. Heading to Norcross Ga, for Friday. Then over Alabama to pick up a load for Allentown Sunday night. Yall be good now ya hear.

 

I don't use an EOBR.......But since you're so against technology...How about you give up your smart phone......You do know it has a GPS chip on it...And DOT is tracking you......

Ferro wants mandatory EOBRs even for those of us who have a clean CSA record......A few outlaws effed it up for the rest of us.....Thank you very much.....

 

Nope.....It was a "Can" hauler....They don't run EOBRs......

 

The thing is it will not get passed for those of us with clean CSA scores. If it is seeked with the word "safety" in it then how can you force one upon yourself or I? Keep on truckin' WCP and its all good.

 

What I find funny is even Dinomite just stated up above a few that he still "cuts a few corners" so none of you guys can call paper guys outlaws since you do the same cheating. Get off your high horse and realize your #### sticks also. Its not all roses...

 

Good question....But since when does anything the gov't says or does makes any sense?

I run paper....

And sometimes I have to run 15 or 30 minutes over....#### happens....Most DOT with a brain know this and won't bust your balls if you have to do that on occasion.....

And every one of them I have asked...Have told me to log it as legal.....

You can't that with an EOBR....15 minutes over on an EOBR...You're effed.......

 

I wonder if he is aware of the cameras that are being used in underpasses and such now.
