would depend on traffic a bit , but typically I give least 3 car lengths before Id consider getting in front of you, and if it was raining I wouldn't want you anywhere close to behind me ,so about a football fields worth if possible. lol ,Rigs scare me especially orange ones cuz I know you may only been in there 3 days and don't have a clue what your doing lol-not you personally but in general I think 5 days otr training is typical

MTs can be an issue. Depending on the area, number of major customers, etc.

I once was told to pick up MT on a Saturday at one location about 9 miles away from our Kearney NJ drop yard. Place was open Mon-Fri. Called support shift and was assured that I could get one. No dice. I was then sent to the middle of Long Island 180 miles away crossing the GW bridge. That place had a guard but he wasn't authorized to release any on a weekend, as he didn't know which trailer parked at a dock door was empty. Then was given directions to go to the first place again.
I crossed the GW 3 times on a Saturday when I finally got one further south in NJ. Made my PU and headed to Ct. That day sucked, but I got paid for the chase.

Stuff happens. Updating tracking systems on the trailers to make this smoother.

Another thing is where the tractor is parked. If it has poor signal the asignments have a hard time going through. This is why you stay in regular contact with DBL or support shift people( when you do get through, this sucks and is a major beef of mine). Had a couple ladies on support that were very good about answering messages sent through Qcomm.

You're not a truck driver, so keep your ####### "advice" and "answers" to yourself please. You're useless on this board with your slamming of Schneider.
