Slow down dude. Concentrate on getting through school first. Don't put the cart before the horse.

That's just what other companies require. They encourage it. That's one main reason I decided on Roehl. Seems like they do not push leasing or have as high of turnover.

Other companies push it, because its a cheap way for them to get "teams". Roehl doesn't train that way.

Why is it so many jack wads don't leave a copy of axle weights with a relay? Even if you scale at the shipper at least write them down and leave with the paperwork. The relay I got today says over 45k lbs. no weights. It came from verso in Quinnisec, I know they have a scale there, so write it down for crying out loud! Is it so hard?

    BIGLEE500 Thanks this.

Yea that would piss me off too. All the relays I've had so far have had them and I make sure to return the favor. I'd find out who left that relay and have your FM politely send a message to his FM that that needs to be done.

I picked up one from Mogadore last week that was 30k on the drives and 35k on the trailer. A few months ago I picked up one like that from the Kansas City yard. Wonder if it was the same person. It doesn't take that long to weigh the load on cat scale and you get reimbursed for it. There's no excuse for leaving a relay without the weights written down or a scale ticket.

Turns out I have to drag one of those HON loads to the east coast this week. Anybody have any experience with those? I've heard guys talking about them. Are they a big pain? I have to make 4 stops with this load once I get out there.
