Hello everyone, I have been laying low due to the site admin being a bunch of ###### They cant allow intelligent conversations that's smarter than they are. So I refuse to support this site much longer. I did however come here to give you a few observations I have noticed very clearly. Within the last 5 weeks my miles have dropped considerably. I have told me DM countless times I need miles. I am less than half of what I making last year these few weeks in this same period. I have also seen countless mess ups in planning from address, dates, times, and even scheduling me for a load that i was still under a load and was suppose to pick up in another state hours earlier. That cost me to sit at the shipper for 23 hours, not to mention wasting 25 gal of fuel to sit at -10. I have less than 10k miles in 5 weeks according to my settlement statement. I will not be able to afford to stay here much longer if it does not pick up. I did take a week off right after this due to medical reasons and still the best they could do after a fresh 70 is another 1800 miles. I refuse to work consistently for 1,800 miles a week and be out here. It aint worth it. If I wanted that I would of stayed at MAY. I think we have higher standards but someone in Omaha keeps dropping the ball. Its obvious they are not paid for their performance. We shall see. I am sending Greg a QC tomorrow since I have gave him enough Verbal requests for more miles. I like FRE, but I cant afford to have 5 weeks low pay then go on vacation only to cover it using my savings! That's the truth, and I approve this message! -Out!

Some say miles have picked up, I have had a few decent weeks. But nothing has changed.

Few good weeks, then a bunch of bad weeks, and it repeats.
There were a few who seemed to do good consistently.

I figured the only reason most people wanted to work for FRE is so they can drive a 65mph large car and fix crappy trailer's. Observing this tread from the beginning and miles have been consistently low. With a few spikes of over 3,000 miles but few and far between. Uhh why do some of you think it's going to change. Normally in trucking things don't get better they get worse. So hopefully some of you will take that into consideration, and not pull the rest of your hair out..... Troll Out

Another one bites the dust, sorry about your luck platinum, hope it gets better or you find a better opportunity, I am enjoying what I am doing, it is specialized and not grocery warehouses ever or meat plants loving life. FRE has some issues that can only be fixed by restructuring the office in Omaha.
