I know glass pays the most cpm BUT what division brings the most home each week?
    Miles, tarp, accessory pay etc.

Hometime isn't really an issue to me. I told Courtney at first I thought it would be nice to be home most weekends but then I thought I could probably make a lot more money staying out running through the weekends. Do they have a TRUE 48 state flatbed division or is most of it east of I35?

CNH division (heavy haul) brings in the most per week... Mostly because its easier for us to run more miles due to very little waiting to load or unload, and the pay is 57 cents per mile.

We don't see home very often though (often measured in months, not weeks)...I know that's not really what you were asking, but I couldn't let everyone think that glass is where the $$$ is ;)

If it was...I'd still be hauling glass.

There is no such thing as "running through the weekends". Your 70 hours will catch up with you and you will be "sitting through the weekends". Take the home time and get a second job close to house on weekends if you need more money. It's no fun sitting in a truck stop for 10 hours let alone a weekend. With the new HOS it's harder to run than ever. Just my 2 cents

I take it your out of Indiana? that is a great place to be for maverick. we burn up Indiana, and shouldn't be a problem getting home.

I would say go US Regional Flatbed division. If you really want to stay out over the weekends (sitting at a truck stop) then you could opt for LNG Division ("Long Haul"), where you likely will have a better chance to run MORE of the "48 states."

Thanks guys for the replies, with this info I think I'll just stay with regional and take the hometime.
