Is a tire blowout considered a reportable n your dac?

First of all, you need to determine if this is on your DAC (which I doubt) or if it is only the records received from your previous employer. Generally, the only thing on your DAC would be tickets, accidents and the reason(s) your employment was terminated (either fired or quit)

 

IF Hornady obtained a copy of your DAC, they are required by law to provide you a copy.

 

As I stated: Hornady is required to provide you a copy of the DAC report, but since she said it "wasn't a problem", why worry?

You can ONLY have the information removed IF it is INCORRECT. If it is CORRECT, you will never get it removed, so again; why worry?

 

Well if someone reports something on me thats not true,Im looking for ways to get it gone!! How many of those grains of sand do you need to build up on you before Cos. no longer want to take interest in you because your destructive..If the issue was brought up with one incedent..You can darn well better believe if theres 5 like or similar there, Cos will have nothing to do with you..Your then considered high risk...Id have it removed..

 

Well on that one Im sure if the Co. knows and documents it..Yea..I know I have a DAC just 1 month old I pulled for the sake of just knowing, and accidents dont go away..Atleast for 7 yrs..If they dont ask,I wouldnt tell..But if your Co. ask, then tell the truth, for odds are they have already pulled your MVR. But if Cos find out its 7yrs....MVR 3yrs..So if they dont ask, dont tell..Thats what Ive always done..

 

But the problem is: if the "incidents" are TRUE, USIS WILL NOT remove them from your DAC and it doesn't matter how minor or how chickenshizmet.
Tickets DO "expire" from the DAC, I believe it is 7 years....but I could be wrong.

 

If he was not at fault by damageing the tire, what gives them the right to report it on his DAC??? We are talking about a blow out!! Did it cause an accident?? Im sure glad with all the tires Ive gone through they never reported them on me..If it was an incedent that he was at fault for yea...But if a tire just blows out!! You know better than that!! I mean its like ,I was going down the road and my headlight went out...Sorry to hear that driver..I have to now report it on your DAC. Why?? Its a blown headlight incident!!....................... Get it removed...

 

You can loose tires because you checked them.

I had a problem with tires at one company.
I checked pressures on every trailer I picked up.
Most had never been checked on the yard or by other drivers.
The valves were a pain to stop leaking after checking & filling.
No one knew enough to put the caps back on & they probably continued to leak due to dirt & rotten seals.
