Is it pretty common for companies not to allow passengers? I'm looking into KLLM and like the OP I might want to bring someone along on a run, and frankly, I'm sure I'd enjoy the company.![]()
Why no passengers?

Mostly it has to do with their insurance company's. I think most company's will allow someone to ride after 6 months of safe driving. Ya most company's say immediate family but I am sure as long as you get them ok'd by safety first you can get it approved in some cases.

Thanks for the info! -

Thanks! -
I can't remember, but I think it is $10 per month, and you can pay just for the specific months that you have a rider.

i have a question....what would they classify a girlfriend as? I want to take her along sometimes when I start up and get a lil bit of experience...

Some companies allow girlfriends, others only allow wives. KLLM allows any riders over 12 I think.

just stick her in the bunk at scales and while loading! lol
