My typical load check and pee break is five minutes. I also make myself a fresh pot of coffee. And that can even include walking into the rest area bathroom. If time is crunched, I just stop, check my load securement, pee in my jug and leave....2 minutes
New HOS....yep

I forgot you super truckers always have to one up and I call ########. Pissing in a jug not washing hands then eating is just down right nasty you my friend just need to step away from trucking people like you give professional drivers a bad rep. You ever wonder why people think truckers are dirty just look at yourself next time your pissing in a jug. Also I run flatbeds sorry to burst your bubble but again I forgot a know it all super trucker. You both are full of ########. And it's clear you can not read so you guys must be a super swift trucker because as I mentioned total time from pulling off road to pulling back on. Your probably one of those idiots who think they have to be in high hole breaking their equipment in a parking lot. But in my time around the trucking industry 32yrs and driving and owning my own trucks it takes more then 20 minutes to fuel. Pissing in a jug you have to go inside for receipt #### I keep forgetting you guys are super swift drivers. Super jxu417 you have to teach me your trick of fueling 300 gallons in 12 minutes paying getting receipt getting off on freeway I would love to be a super swift driver just like you but not super piss boy he probably ##### in a bucket and leaves it in a bag in the parking lot making it difficult for us professional drivers to park
jxu417 Thanks this. -
First of all, pissing in a jug is not enjoyable by any means, but is sometimes necessary. In some states, getting caught pissing outside can cause you to end up on the registered sex offender list for indecent exposure. I don't EVER piss outside. I keep bottles in the truck, which I dispose of after use.
Second, our trucks are equipped with two 80 gallon tanks, for a total of 160 gallons. Maverick does this to lighten the weight. It's annoying, but ALL of our trucks are like this. Most pumps at Pilot/Flying J dispense fuel at 60 gallons per minute, as is posted on the pump itself. At this rate, it would take 160 seconds (two minutes and 40 seconds) to fuel our truck assuming the tanks were bone dry, which they never are. Assuming an additional two minutes to pull in and exit the truck, and two more to enter in our info at the pump (since we don't have fuel cards), fueling a truck with bone dry tanks should take us less than 7 minutes total, assuming we're quick, efficient, and don't go inside. Even if the driver wasn't quick, fueling takes less than 10 minutes if done without a bunch of additional BS.
Third, when fueling, there is never a company reason to go inside unless we have to Transflow paperwork. We don't have to get receipts, and there is nothing else in there that is required to do our jobs. Everything else is personal.
And finally, I have met jxu417 in person. He is a clean, professional, and very well respected driver here at Maverick. Just because you're being a ####### doesn't make you correct.
I will say this much... Despite all of your many years of experience, assuming what you said is true, you wouldn't last five minutes here with your attitude. You'd be on the gray dog so fast your head would spin.
I'm really tired of all the "daddies" on these forums that feel they need to come in and lecture us. We're doing just fine, and we don't need your attitude. You don't work here, so you don't know a #### thing about how long it takes us to fuel or do anything else.jxu417 Thanks this. -

and Captain thanks for schooling the RoadRager there. He obviously has no clue, and would not last even thirty seconds with us. He may think he could, but I seriously doubt he could handle it.
-
And he wouldn't last much more an thirty seconds. He'd give that lousy attitude once to Ed in the training building and he'd drag him out by his ear.jxu417 Thanks this. -

Where in the heck did that come from??
jxu417 Thanks this.
